You are solely responsible for all use of your account and for ensuring that your use complies with these Terms and applicable law. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account details or from unauthorized use of your account.

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, force majeure events, or factors outside our control. Where applicable, we will communicate planned outages in advance where reasonably possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or such other limit as set out in your service agreement.

All intellectual property rights in our services, website, branding, and materials (including software, designs, and content) remain the property of CoreLink or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to us; however, you grant us a license to use, process, and store such data as necessary to provide and improve our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it shall be referred to mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration or the courts, in accordance with the governing law set out below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms or service terms.

You may terminate your account or service in accordance with your service agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms or for other reasons as set out in your agreement or as permitted by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability and governing law) will remain in effect.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any service-specific agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoreLink regarding the services.
